Generally, the likelihood of returns at RUA is very low because the website showcases actual photos of the artworks, ensuring that what you see is what you get. As a result, the chances of returning items due to quality issues are nearly nonexistent. However, returns may occur if the artwork does not fit the buyer's intended display space. To prevent this, we use Photoshop to embed the artwork into images of the customer's space before shipping. This allows customers to see a more complete visual representation and helps them confirm whether the artwork is a perfect fit for their needs.

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of receiving the item. The item must be in its original condition. The client pays for return shipping; we pay for customs duties for importing to China. Contact us at hi@redunicornart.com for return instructions.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Normally, damages will not occur due to the secured packing. However inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

PayPal is currently our sole payment method. However, you can pay with or without a PayPal account.

We recommend keeping your painting away from direct sunlight and humidity. Regular dusting with a soft dry cloth is sufficient for maintenance.
