"Loong"
This is the Chinese character 龍 (Loong, Chinese Dragon). I combine the character 龍 with the form of a wandering dragon to enhance its sense of movement and spirit.
In the West, the "Dragon" is often seen as a powerful yet dangerous creature. However, in ancient China, 龍 symbolized nobility and auspiciousness, revered as a divine beast and a symbol of imperial authority, often associated with rain and harvests, representing good fortune and protection. In modern society, this idiom is also used to wish others to move forward courageously and create brilliance.

Canvas ships rolled in a protective tube to save on shipping costs — frame it locally for less than buying it framed. An extra 2–5 inches of white border is added on all sides for easy framing and stretching.

WHY we don't sell framed painting?
Our goal is to make the entire experience simpler, more convenient, and more cost-effective for you. Shipping framed artwork usually leads to much higher shipping fees — often enough to cover the cost of professional framing nearby. In case a return is needed, rolled paintings are also much easier and more affordable to send back.
